Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") shall apply to all relationships concerning the use of the service "Sales Boost AI" (the "Service") provided by appbee.xyz (the "Provider") between the Provider and its users (the "User").

Article 2 (User Registration)

A person wishing to use the Service shall apply for user registration by agreeing to these Terms and following the method prescribed by the Provider. The registration is completed when the Provider approves the application.

The Provider may reject a registration application if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and the Provider is not obligated to disclose the reasons:

• If false information was provided in the registration application.
• If the application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms.
• In any other case where the Provider deems the registration to be inappropriate.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment Methods)

In consideration for the paid portion of the Service, the User shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Provider and displayed on this website, using the method specified by the Provider. Payments are processed through the payment service provided by Stripe, Inc. The User shall comply with the terms of use of Stripe, Inc.

Article 4 (Prohibited Matters)

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Acts related to criminal activity.
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the Provider's servers or network.
• Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, likeness rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Provider, other users of the Service, or third parties.
• Acts of generating or attempting to generate excessively violent expressions, explicit sexual expressions, expressions that lead to discrimination based on race, nationality, creed, sex, social status, etc., or other antisocial content that causes discomfort to others.
• Acts of collecting or storing personal information about other users.
• Acts of providing benefits, directly or indirectly, to antisocial forces in connection with the Provider's services.
• Acts of reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service or content obtained through the Service without the Provider's permission.
• Other acts that the Provider deems inappropriate.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyright for the deliverables generated by the User using the Service (the "Generated Content") shall belong to the User. However, the User grants the Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Generated Content to the extent necessary for the provision, maintenance, and improvement of the Service.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Provider does not expressly or implicitly guarantee that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

The Provider shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever incurred by the User arising from the Service. The User shall use the content generated through the Service at their own responsibility, and the Provider shall not be liable for the content generated by the User.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms of Service)

The Provider may change these Terms at any time if it deems it necessary by notifying the User through a method prescribed by the Provider (such as posting on the Service).

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Provider's head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
